FORCE MAJEURE
MB Design AB is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight until such obstacle has been removed.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. For all other destinations the prices shown are not including VAT, taxes, duties or other surcharges involved in imports to your specific country. Please consult your country's customs or other proper authorities for information regarding this.



The prices you see are in SEK (Swedish Kronor). The prices in EUR are converted from SEK using Tictails currency converter and are only an estimate. This means that the EUR price-estimates will vary according to the current exchange rates. Your order will be charged in SEK and your bank will convert it to your currency using their own exchange rates.
 You will be charged the amount in SEK (Swedish Kronor). We only accept payment trough Paypal Services PayPal (VISA and MasterCard & Amex).

DELIVERY
We will send your order as soon as we can after its placed, depending on where you live the delivery time is between 3-15 days.

All shipments are sent with recommended mail with Swedish postal service Posten AB. Shipping cost will be added to your bill accordingly.

Orders with delivery within Sweden will be charged 70 SEK, all other countries within the EU will be charged 250 SEK. Countries outside EU will be charged 350 SEK. You will be notified when the package is ready for pick up at your local service center. Make sure your contact details are correct so you will receive your shipment in good order. MB Design AB may adjust the freight rates and service fees in accordance with price increases.

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.

RETURN POLICY
MB Design AB return period is 14 days, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in saleable condition together with the original packing list. MB Design will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition and with its packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to MB Design AB. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returns are at the customer's expense. Note that additional costs will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

COLOURS

We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

COOKIES
The site uses cookies to optimize our service and meet you needs as they make us more user friendly. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the site, with the drawback that certain features of the site may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
